This is my second year working with Brian Harenberg at Equity Property Management. I was about to sign with another company when Brian was recommended to me by a realtor friend of mine. I found Brian to be prompt, professional, and dedicated to outstanding service. When I introduced myself on the phone to Brian he asked about my rental property. This was my first time in the rental business. After I described what I had to rent and my expectations, he explained his service options to me. I found he did not only everything I expected, but much more. We arranged to meet at my property the following day. After an inspection,Brian told me he had a couple of prospects that he wanted to show the unit to. We signed a 12 month lease the same evening. I value Brian's experience and advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service and professional treatment.

Brian will take the time to lay out the details of need for Property Management to you, and then offer the service second to none. His price is reasonable, and his detail to attention is important. Whether you're a first time landlord or have multiple investments, he's one to call upon.

Brian has managed a property of mine for a few years, he does a great job, you deal with him and not a front desk or lower level employee that lacks the decision making info you need when dealing with property. He follows up quickly, I have had peace of mind regarding my property for a few years now and that's worth every penny and then some. I would highly recommend him for Property Management.
